Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Advisor located in Bengaluru. The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on commercial real estate transactions, conducting market research, and identifying commercial property opportunities. The advisor will also be involved in negotiating deals, fostering client relationships, and ensuring seamless customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate
  • Proven sales skills and ability to identify and close commercial property deals
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the local Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
