Position: Assistant Manager – Commercial Real Estate

Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic professional with at least 2 years of prior corporate experience eager to build a career in the Commercial Real Estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operations, client meetings, and strategy discussions.
  • Undergo training on all aspects of commercial real estate including deal structuring, leasing models, market trends, and client servicing.
  • Conduct site inspections and visits to showcase properties to potential clients.
  • Engage in business development activities including following up on leads, networking, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Build and maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support in deal closures, preparation of proposals, and documentation.
  • Leverage AI tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital platforms to work smartly and efficiently.
  • Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner during meetings and client interactions.
  • Be open to travel within the city for meetings and field visits.
