Commercial Property Analyst Position

This commercial property analyst role is an excellent opportunity for individuals to leverage their analytical and financial modeling skills in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis) for potential acquisitions and investments.
  • Conduct thorough market and sector research to identify trends, demand drivers, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Assist in due diligence processes including lease analysis, tenant financial reviews, and asset risk assessments.
  • Prepare detailed investment memos, pitch books, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, business, or real estate.
  • Minimum 25 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate advisory, or commercial real estate analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with knowledge of Argus or similar platforms advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.
  • Familiarity with global commercial real estate trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or certification such as MBA, CFA, RICS, MSc Finance, or Real Estate specialization.
  • Prior experience in real estate private equity, asset management, or cross-border CRE transactions.
