We are seeking a resource with 8-14 years of experience to join our core Lending Services team.

The role involves working closely with our US-based client to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of the U.S. Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry across all property types.
  • Analyzing CRE loan originations, third-party reports, and preparation of Asset Summary Reports.
  • Underwriting commercial properties by analyzing financial data, leases, and rent rolls.
  • End-to-end CRE Portfolio Monitoring activity on behalf of Commercial Banks.
  • Complex task management with minimal supervision.

  • Updating trackers with latest status/updates.
  • Value-add deliverables across different processes within the loan life cycle.
