About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing expert technical support and resolving complex issues.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and performance of our Murex platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely support for system availability, incident resolution, and production stability.

  • You will work closely with technology teams to maintain a resilient environment for trading and risk management systems.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitoring and supporting Murex applications to ensure availability and performance.
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving production incidents within specified timelines.
  3. Performing log analysis, root-cause identification, and providing permanent fixes.
  4. Coordinating with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams for environment-related issues.
  5. Supporting system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support with hands-on exposure to Python/Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
  • Direct experience with Murex.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
  • Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
  • Exposure to financial products and trading systems.
