About the Role:

Murex is a complex system used in financial institutions, requiring technical and functional expertise to operate efficiently. As a Murex Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving incidents, managing system configurations, and collaborating with traders, risk teams, and IT departments to ensure smooth trade lifecycle operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support for Murex 3x
  • Resolve incidents and manage system configurations across front-to-back office functions
  • Collaborate with traders, risk teams, and IT departments to ensure smooth trade lifecycle operations
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and operational risk
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and environment validation activities
  • Work with MxML, Datamart, workflows, and other Murex components for configuration and support
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and support documentation standards

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Murex support within a financial institution is highly desirable
