Murex Support Job Description

Key responsibilities include monitoring and supporting EOD batches for optimal performance. Technical issues are troubleshooted with Murex services expertise, while MLC and MXML exchange jobs are supported to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements
  • A strong knowledge of Murex Data model and SQL fundamentals is essential.
  • Good experience in Performance Optimization techniques is required.
  • Familiarity with Pre-Trade workflow, post-Trade workflow, RTI, EOD, Processing scripts, and Murex Macros is necessary.
Team Requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset are required.
  • Collaborative working as part of a support team is expected.
  • Effective issue escalation and resolution require strong communication skills.
Technology Skills
  • Murex Data model proficiency is required.
  • Murex Macro and SQL expertise is necessary.

This role requires a strong understanding of Murex technology and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supporting Murex services and a solid grasp of Murex Data model, SQL, and Performance Optimization concepts.
