Expert Integration Specialist for Murex Projects

We are seeking a highly motivated Integration Professional to drive Murex activities and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements, perform impact analysis, develop, and support change requests, projects, and new product development.
  • Adhere strictly to project processes and methodologies.
  • Provide timely production support and participate in implementation projects in Murex Datamart/Interface Streams.
  • Develop expertise and contribute to the build of Murex Interface/Reporting solutions.
  • Develop Trade workflows and interfaces to set up communication between external platforms and Murex to receive trade and other data feeds, process them, save into the system, and send an acknowledgement. Utilize a combination of MxML Exchange, MxOpenConnect, Murex APIs, and Datamart to successfully deliver such solutions.
  • Ensure effective technical support to clients, ensuring successful follow-up of issues from notification to resolution and validation.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end configuration management packages, including Install, Deploy, and Test Murex Packaged interfaces like MDIT (Market Data Interface Tool), Markitwire, BSMT, and MarkitCredit to receive live and end-of-day data from external providers.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver the right solution to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Min 3-5 years of experience working with Murex on Datamart and Interface Datamart - Reports Development, Batch of Feeders/Extractions OR Interface - MxML Interface, Workflow.
  • Hands-on experience building, configuring, and testing reports/interfaces.
  • Good understanding of Murex DataModel, Dynamic Tables, and Viewers.
  • Familiarity with Murex MxML Exchange.
  • Strong programming skills in Java (Apache Camel).
  • Experience with SQL, XML, Linux, Unix system commands, and Shell Scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple projects, priorities, and manage client expectations.
  • Must be customer-driven, able to work within a team environment, and focused on providing high-quality service to clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
