We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Lead with expertise in Java and React to oversee the development of web-based applications using Spring Boot.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise-level applications using React, Java, and Spring Boot. The successful candidate should be well-versed in relational databases like PostgreSQL and Oracle.

  • Design and develop robust backend solutions for complex web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Work closely with developers to estimate work complexity, plan sprints, and lead them to meet product release timelines.
  • Analyze system issues, debug production systems, and devise solutions to resolve problems.
  • Develop frameworks, write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews to guarantee adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in architecting and designing enterprise-level web-based applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Java (core and advanced) and Spring Boot framework.
  • Familiarity with RDBMS concepts and practical experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle.
  • Experience in front-end development using React.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Exposure to containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
