As a (Senior) Lead BackEnd Engineer, you will drive the technical direction of backend systems, lead engineering initiatives, and mentor team members. You'll ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions.

Lead the design and development of backend systems using Java, and Spring Boot

Guide the team in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture

Drive initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability

Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellence

9+ years of experience in backend development

~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

~ Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices

~ Experience in the domain of Supply Chain or Logistics

~ Good to have: Experience with Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), CI/CD, and AI/ML integration

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
