Backend Engineering Manager Opportunity

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in backend software development with a focus on the MERN stack.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading multiple software engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript and asynchronous programming paradigms.
  • Experience designing and architecting complex backend systems using Node.js and enterprise-grade frameworks like NestJS.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API design principles.
  • Excellent understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and their effective implementation at scale.
