
Senior Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts in the financial services sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, commerce or economics, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the equity market. They will also have at least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience, preferably in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development & Revenue Growth: Drive branch revenue through equity trading, third-party product selling, and new client acquisition. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and branch profitability.
- Branch Operations Management: Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk guidelines.
- Team Leadership & People Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate equity dealers, relationship managers, and branch staff. Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and ensure continuous learning through training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the equity market.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
