We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts in the financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, commerce or economics, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the equity market. They will also have at least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience, preferably in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Revenue Growth: Drive branch revenue through equity trading, third-party product selling, and new client acquisition. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and branch profitability.
  • Branch Operations Management: Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk guidelines.
  • Team Leadership & People Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate equity dealers, relationship managers, and branch staff. Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and ensure continuous learning through training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the equity market.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
