Global Expansion Manager Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Global Business Expansion Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing market research, developing and implementing expansion strategies, managing sales initiatives, and leading a team.

The role requires a proactive business development professional who can identify opportunities, establish global networks, and drive sales of our UAE/Dubai company formation and residency solutions across different countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global expansion strategy to promote UAE/Dubai business setup and residency solutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with key international partners including accounting firms, consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners in different regions to expand the company's global footprint.
  • Drive sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and business conferences to promote services and build connections.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential industries for expansion.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
  • Provide country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.
  • Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
