Market Intelligence Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Market Intelligence Specialist to join our organization at Nexreq.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in staffing.
  • Develop and maintain accurate target client databases with company and decision-maker details.
  • Track hiring trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to support sales teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to develop client outreach strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in market research / lead generation / client mapping (preferably in staffing or recruitment).
  • Strong skills in using job boards and other market intelligence tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support EST shift operations.
