Job Title: Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating high-level and low-level design for a given set of functional requirements as a marketable feature or a set of Use Cases.

This role requires a highly skilled individual who can apply their own judgment and independently determine a course of action to execute it.

The successful candidate will have a good command in technology of the primary product, follow best coding practices, and assist colleagues with design reviews, code reviews, implementation and information about existing implementations.

In addition, the ideal candidate will be an expert in one or more modules of the product and have a good understanding of core modules of secondary product.

Knowledge of AI and how to incorporate it into work streams for productivity gains is also essential.

  1. Create high level and low level design for a given set of functional requirements as a marketable feature or a set of Use Cases.
  2. Have a good command in technology of the primary product.
  3. Follow best coding practices.
  4. Assist colleagues with design reviews, code reviews, implementation and information about existing implementations.
  5. Expert in one or more modules of the product.
  6. Have a good understanding of core modules of secondary product.
  7. Knowledge of AI and how to incorporate into work streams for productivity gains.
Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher required. Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
