Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the People, Organization, and Culture team to deliver high-quality Compensation and Benefits solutions.
  • Deliver annual pay review and bonus processes for clients.
  • Align with statutory compliance and market practices.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits market benchmarking and advisory.
  • Job evaluation and leveling.
  • Annual budgeting, management, and execution of Compensation and Benefits cycles.
  • Present solutions and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation role with consulting and field C&B experience.
  • All-round understanding of Total Rewards design principles and application.
  • Familiarity with one or more leading Job Evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • University degree in HR with a Master's/MBA preferred.
  • Relevant certifications from widely recognized professional bodies.
