Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our Markets team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in providing account teams with the support they need to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans, and drive growth and market enablement initiatives.
  • Conceptualize and implement firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc.
  • Monitor firm revenue and pipeline, and facilitate management review.
  • Prepare GTM materials for the firm and reports for management review.
Essential Skills:
  • A graduate or bachelor's degree in Arts, Graphic, Web Design, or a related discipline; a diploma in Print media from a reputed institution is desirable.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
  • The ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, proactive at work, people-friendly, and a team player.
