- Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business goals and revenue targets.

- Establish Lepton Software as a thought leader in geospatial and location intelligence domains through innovative content and outreach.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

">

- Develop and implement data-driven demand generation strategies to drive qualified B2B leads through multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SEO/SEM, social, webinars).

">

- Optimize marketing campaigns and generate high-quality leads that nurture them through the sales funnel in collaboration with the sales team.

">

Content Strategy & Team Development:

">

- Lead content creation for whitepapers, blogs, case studies, videos, presentations, and thought leadership content to educate customers and establish Lepton Software as a market authority.

">

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team to achieve business objectives and establish KPIs for continuous improvement.

">

Market Intelligence & ROI:

">

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify new market segments and growth opportunities.

">

- Track KPIs, optimize campaign performance, and report marketing ROI to leadership to ensure accountability and alignment with business goals.

">

Qualifications and Skills:

">

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

">

- 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT/Software/Technology domains.

">

- Proven track record of driving growth through modern marketing strategies and leveraging data to inform decisions.

- Strong leadership, team-building, and project management skills, along with experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
