Marketing Leader -

Overview
The Marketing Leader is a senior leadership position responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy for the region, driving brand presence, generating demand, and enabling sales growth across diverse markets. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the landscape, proven experience in both consumer and B2B marketing, driving experience stores and working with influencers (Architects & Designers), and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy: Align with regional and global business goals, leveraging expertise across performance marketing, brand & communications, and digital marketing.
  • Drive demand generation and pipeline contribution: Create and execute campaigns (digital, social, events, webinars, ABM) that resonate with target audiences and drive lead generation for the region.
  • Build brand presence and awareness: Develop culturally relevant campaigns and thought leadership initiatives that position the brand effectively in key markets.
  • Localize global strategies and campaigns: Adapt global priorities with local nuances, ensuring messaging and content resonate with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team: Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching team members.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product, communications, and other teams to align on goals and execute cohesive regional strategies.
  • Champion a data-driven approach: Utilize market insights and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to senior stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of market trends: Monitor emerging opportunities, technological advancements (e.g., AI, 5G, visual search), and consumer behaviours to inform and adapt marketing strategies.

Qualifications And Knowledge
Extensive marketing experience (typically years)

  • Educated to at least Masters /Degree level in Marketing Management /Business
  • Experienced in managing a big teams and external relationships other stakeholders
  • Proven track record across consumer and/or B2B marketing in the region.
  • Deep understanding of markets: Knowledge of cultural nuances, consumer behaviour, media landscapes, and digital marketing trends across regions
  • Demonstrated experience in integrated marketing strategies: Success in developing and executing campaigns across multiple audiences and channels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills: Ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing regional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills: Ability to influence effectively across levels and functions.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments: Proven ability to operate with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to leverage insights and analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in English
