Project Director

We are seeking a highly experienced project director to oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion.

About the Role:

The project director will be responsible for managing and executing projects within stipulated timelines. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Responsible for project management, scheduling, planning, and commissioning of projects.
  • Developing project scope, budget, safety plan involving all relevant stakeholders for delivery of distributed projects.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Optimizing cost of delivered projects by regular tracking of major costs.
  • Prioritizing projects and allocation of resources.
  • Need-based client meetings, vendor meetings, site visits, and coordination.
  • Providing technical and safety trainings to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with sales team to understand client requirements and manage commercial issues proactively.
  • Regularly discuss with asset management team for smooth handover of projects as per guidelines and timely clearance of observations.
  • Support project team in resolving site/client-related issues.
  • Ensure ESG compliance by vendors.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all projects in OneDrive and ERP.

Requirements:

  • 18-22 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
