Practice Lead Data

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Lead Data to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and managing delivery across various client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Delivery Management: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Account Prioritization and Resource Allocation: Prioritize accounts and customer value, and allocate resources efficiently to meet business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics and Analysis: Develop and implement effective KPIs to measure success and impact.
  • Resource Utilization and Optimization: Monitor resource usage to avoid overallocation or underutilization, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Project Progress Tracking: Regularly review the status of ongoing projects to ensure they are on track with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effective communication framework with all stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance and governance around service level and contractual obligations.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Accord the right level of urgency to financial planning analysis and budgeting aspects, forward-looking planning on revenue projections, staffing capacity, and review periodically.
  • Delivery Excellence: Take stock of delivery teams' performance scorecards, implement best practices and standards, and work with delivery managers to drive overall delivery excellence, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
