Customer Data Platform Strategy Leader

We are seeking an experienced Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy leader to drive the development and implementation of CDP initiatives across our organization.

This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, consulting expertise, and deep knowledge of CDP technologies and use cases.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing
  • Strong experience in CDP strategy, implementation, or solutioning (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe RT-CDP, Twilio Segment, or similar)
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions
  • Strong understanding of MarTech/AdTech ecosystems, data privacy, and customer experience strategies
  • Track record of driving revenue growth, practice building, or business development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

  • Certification of Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium AudienceStream, AI Associate
  • Experience with Digital Marketing technologies such as Omni-channel Campaign Management, Digital Advertising, etc.

  • Drive strategy, consulting, and solution leadership across CDP initiatives
  • Shape client engagements, identify growth opportunities, and enable successful delivery of data-driven customer experience programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CDP strategies
