Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the delivery of large-scale banking transformation projects.

This role will involve providing administrative and coordination support across critical workstreams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in project coordination, strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and project management tools, and experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports.

  • Coordinating project activities, schedules, and meetings; managing calendars and logistics.
  • Maintaining trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation.
  • Monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and change logs.
  • Liaising with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance.
  • Supporting UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting.
  • Ensuring adherence to banking procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards.
