Finance is a crucial aspect of business operations, and as a Finance Associate Intern at our organization, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Your primary responsibilities will include recording and checking day-to-day financial transactions, assisting in preparing basic financial reports such as the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering and organizing data.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining financial trackers and spreadsheets, working with teams to provide simple reports and updates, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable entries.
  • Furthermore, you will support month-end closing activities like reconciliations and documentation, provide data for tax filings and audits when needed, and create simple dashboards, presentations, and summaries for internal use.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have a strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, an analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy, and strong communication and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate should be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, have experience in accounting software such as Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho, Xero, and possess a collaborative and proactive attitude.
