Job Role: Accounts Receivable Lead

The role of the Accounts Receivable Lead is pivotal in our team, focusing on optimizing the Order To Cash process. This position requires 5-8 years of relevant experience and a strong finance/accounting background to drive efficiency and improvement across the entire process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices through accounts receivable systems with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy for both local and foreign currencies.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and issues, fostering seamless collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and support Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve AR performance.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, facilitating smooth communication regarding invoice matters and supplier inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Team Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving results-driven initiatives.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions, enhancing overall business outcomes.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels, promoting successful partnerships.
  • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP and Concur is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Education and Qualifications:
  • Full-time regular education (10+2+3)
  • Graduates and/or post graduates with 5-8 years of relevant work experience
  • College graduates with Finance/Accounting degree
