About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Scrum methodology and Agile principles across multiple projects.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Your primary focus will be on leading Scrum ceremonies, collaborating with stakeholders to define project roadmaps, and facilitating regular team meetings and retrospectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies to ensure teams follow Agile principles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps and prioritize tasks
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement

To excel in this position, you will require strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, fundamental SQL expertise, and a background in data engineering. Experience in the wealth management domain is mandatory.

We seek a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in data engineering and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
