
HR Operations Manager

This is a key role in our organization that focuses on operational excellence, employee engagement, and talent management.
As an Operational HR Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the HR team, ensuring that all HR processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be involved in developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and development.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing the HR department's workflow, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
Coordinating performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and assessments.
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity, maintaining error-free records, and reporting compliance metrics.
Fostering employee engagement, wellness, and communication across locations.
Developing and executing learning strategies and programs tailored to individual and organizational needs.
Maintaining and tracking reward and recognition programs, ensuring 100% compliance.
Designing and delivering e-learning courses, workshops, and training programs to enhance employee skills.
Building and implementing a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion framework for the business.
Mapping employee skill proficiency levels and designing training interventions to bridge gaps.
Preparing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for High Potential Employees.
Assisting in the adoption of flagship programs across functions and group companies.
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, statutory requirements, and company guidelines.
Operating in a socially responsible manner while adhering to company policies.
Preventing, detecting, and reporting bribery and corruption, including breaches of the code of conduct.
Ensuring zero deviation from ethical standards and compliance regulations.
Defining safety goals, developing implementation procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety programs.
Motivating employees to mitigate safety risks and demonstrate visible leadership.
Ensuring 100% compliance with safety and health regulations, with no violations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications: MBA from a premium Business School.
Functional Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
Sound understanding of HR practices and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up abilities.
Ability to manage and foster good relationships across teams.
