Job Title: HR Operations Lead
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Operations Lead. This full-time role is based in Gurugram and involves overseeing all human resources practices and processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversight of the recruitment process
- Employee relations and performance management

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Recruitment, employee relations, and performance management skills
- HR strategy and initiative experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant certifications, is advantageous. Proven experience as an HR Manager is preferred.
This role requires someone who can effectively communicate with employees at all levels, handle conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
