Senior Director of Client Services
Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team of account executives and account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed client expectations, ensuring seamless campaign execution and timely delivery of results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, foster strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and goals, using this insight to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the department.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs, ensuring that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and goals, using this insight to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- A minimum of 13 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving client satisfaction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and drive business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and media, with the ability to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices.
- Excellent client relationship and management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
