About the Role

The Senior Client Manager at NTT DATA will be responsible for driving sales strategy and growth in a global technology services organization. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with experience in management, selling, coaching, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's global and regional organizational strategy.
  2. Define sales procedures and policies, and ensure their implementation and adherence.
  3. Drive operational plans and identify areas for continuous improvement in the sales process.
  4. Manage a team of Client Managers and/or Sales Specialists, ensuring outstanding sales performance and motivation.
  5. Engage in account planning, opportunity qualification, and go-to-market strategies.
  6. Act as a mentor, coach, and advisor to the sales force, assisting in setting and achieving priority activities.
  7. Responsible for the update and accuracy of sales tools/systems and sales reports.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing, and extended experience in a sales management role within a global technology services organization. A track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving business outcomes is essential.
