Job Title:

Senior Software Engineering Manager

 

Job Description:

As a senior software engineering manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our software platform.

The role involves mentoring team members, coordinating input from business and technology stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality microservices that help the product scale rapidly.

You will work on multiple releases of software, bringing functional and technical improvements, modernizing the product, easing deployments, and addressing customer issues.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong technical leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, coding, testing, and debugging skills are mandatory.

Experience working with Java, J2EE, Spring, and Springboot is required.

AWS and queuing systems are an advantage.

Good communication, self-motivation, and direction are also required.
