Senior Software Tester Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Tester to excel in ensuring the quality of software applications.

  • Plan and execute manual and automated tests across various levels (unit, integration, system) to deliver high-quality testing services.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough exploratory testing to identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in software testing.
  • Proficiency in API Testing with tools like Postman is required.
  • Experience in Insurance Domain, particularly retail insurance journeys (health, life, and motor insurance), is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with clients and ability to write clear, concise reports is vital.
  • Mobility in testing experience is necessary.
  • Knowledge of retail banking domain is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with defect management lifecycle is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities is crucial.
