Job Overview

This is a Senior Quality Engineer role where you will play a crucial part in shaping the digital future of finance.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, secure, and compliant banking solutions.

  • Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for digital banking applications, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Core Banking APIs.
  • Build and maintain automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright for UI testing, and Postman/REST Assured for API testing.
  • Participate in shift-left testing by reviewing requirements, collaborating in design discussions, and identifying potential defects early in the lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including strong expertise in functional, API, and automation testing within digital banking services.
  • Solid understanding of digital banking workflows, including Payments, Cards, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Loans, and Internet/Mobile Banking channels.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation development using Selenium and Playwright for UI testing, and Postman/REST Assured for API testing.
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered testing tools and concepts such as AI-driven test case generation.
  • Experience in shift-left testing practices, working closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC.
  • Holds an ISTQB Test certification
