About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Professional to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in supporting end-to-end tech recruitment while ensuring seamless HR operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Tech Hiring & Recruitment:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create job descriptions.
    • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
    • Recruitment Strategy: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top tech talent.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • HR Operations:
    • Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, including pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and the induction program.
    • Leave & Attendance Management: Manage the leave and attendance system, process leave requests, and maintain accurate employee records.
    • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, leaves, salary deductions, and other HR-related matters.
    • Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Compliance: Assist in ensuring all HR processes and records comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record of 1-2 years in a similar HR role, preferably with exposure to tech recruitment.
  • A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
About Us

This is a third-party payroll position with one of our trusted partners.

Work Arrangements

5 days a week, working from home 1 day a week and from the office 4 days a week.

Located in Gurgaon.
