Civil Engineering Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a background in civil engineering or architecture to fill key roles within our organization.

About the Role:
  • Source and shortlist candidates for clients in the civil engineering/architecture domain, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining effective communication channels throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in our ATS system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, along with relevant industry experience.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles, with excellent knowledge of civil engineering/architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
