Role Overview

NLITE Technologies is an ed-tech startup dedicated to bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world industry practices.

We run immersive, hands-on, classroom-based training programs in Bhubaneswar, preparing learners for full-stack software engineering careers in Java, React, Spring Boot, Cloud, DevOps, and more.

We are seeking a seasoned software professional (5–10+ years) who is passionate about mentoring and teaching.

This role is perfect for someone who has worked extensively with modern enterprise tech stacks and now wants to train and guide the next generation of developers through structured classroom sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality classroom sessions (Mon/Wed/Fri format) on topics including:
  • Front-end foundations (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React.js)
  • Back-end development (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs)
  • Databases (SQL, JPA/Hibernate)
  • DevOps & Deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms)
  • Software engineering best practices (Git/GitHub, Testing, Agile, Design Patterns)
  • Guide students through practical projects and mentorship sessions aligned with industry standards.
  • Prepare learners for enterprise environments (scalable systems, security, maintainability).
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a software developer with 5+ years of industry exposure.
  • Strong background in full-stack software engineering with expertise in Java and React.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teaching and mentorship.
  • Able to work independently and lead classroom sessions efficiently.
