Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Leader to join our team. As a Culinary Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of kitchen personnel and ensuring they are properly trained and supervised.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Producing high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring that all food items are prepared to the highest standards of taste, temperature, and visual appeal.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Developing and implementing new menu items and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborating with the Executive Steward to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure that all safety and health protocols are followed.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per yearRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts or related field a plus.
