Job Summary:
The Senior Culinary Team Leader is a key role within AccorHotel, responsible for overseeing the culinary team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, with previous experience in the culinary field. As a Senior Culinary Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the culinary team to achieve exceptional results
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs to ensure profitability
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions to drive sales growth
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and respect among colleagues
What We Offer:
As a Senior Culinary Team Leader at AccorHotel, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in the culinary field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Diploma or certification in a culinary discipline, such as cooking or baking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Adequate knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position, working approximately 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
