Senior Technical Specialist

The role of a Senior Technical Specialist involves leading the development, customization and optimization of advanced customer communication solutions.
This specialist will conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining simple API integrations to extend CCM functionalities.
A deep understanding of customer communications management (CCM) is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have experience with version upgrades and migration projects from other CCM tools to the Quadient platform.
They will also provide expertise in the installation, configuration and deployment of CCM solutions across various environments.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience with CCM solutions.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of CCM design and implementation.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.
