Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Management Specialist to oversee the administration of contracts and ensure their smooth execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agri-contracts and have the ability to effectively supervise and coordinate with the team.

This role requires close coordination with the team on daily activities, ensuring that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met on a daily basis. The successful candidate will also be responsible for in-putting purchase and sale contracts and relevant amendments, creating master data requests for new contractual counterparties, and issuing contracts using Bunge standard terms.

The Senior Contract Management Specialist will work closely with the manager to monitor the status of activities and report upward. They will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy of Contract Admin metrics reported.

In addition to contract administration duties, the successful candidate will be expected to control mechanisms, conduct quality checks, manage processes, and propose solutions to improve efficiency. They will also need to ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are sent on time and provide daily status updates and report issues to the manager for timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in handling entry and issuance of commodity contracts for bulk and container shipments of Agri-commodities
  • Good knowledge of GAFTA, FOSFA contracts, rules
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and deliver high-quality output under time pressure
  • Strong written and oral communications skills in English
