Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in the lighting industry. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Pune and requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving our sales strategy and achieving targeted growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the lighting industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  3. Identify market opportunities and analyze market trends to drive strategic sales initiatives.
  4. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance and meet sales objectives.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in sales management within the lighting industry, with a minimum of 4 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategy development.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge in the lighting industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
