Drive Innovation in Card Payments

You will be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy to drive growth and revenue. This includes leading a team of professionals to create innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the product strategy, including product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and drive product innovation.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product requirements, design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of card payments products and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of card-on-device tokenization and EMVCo standards.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful credit card products.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
