Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Pune, India. Work Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic Accounts Executives with a CPA qualification or at least two cleared CPA subjects to join our finance team in Pune, India.

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and month-end close process. You will manage journal entries, analyze and reconcile account balances, perform bank and credit card reconciliations, and audit vendor invoices for errors and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the month-end close process to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Reconcile payment gateway receipts to ensure accuracy.
  • Audit vendor invoices for errors and compliance.
  • Process and validate vendor invoices for timely payments.
  • Issue and manage customer sales invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in internal and external audits.

Requirements:

To be successful as an Accounts Executive, you must have a strong accounting background, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a high level of professionalism.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • CPA qualification or at least two CPA subjects cleared.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
