Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in talent acquisition who are passionate about sourcing and hiring the best talent to meet the organizational needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with client companies.
  • Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage their progression through the recruitment process.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers between clients and candidates, ensuring a successful placement.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including metrics on candidate sourcing and placement rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar HR Recruiter role.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
