Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at AddWeb Solution Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and HR Operations: This role involves 50% recruitment and 50% HR operations, requiring a strong understanding of both areas.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner.
  • Recruitment Process: Recruitment for In-house and outsourcing, coordinating with Senior HRs, and planning and executing campus recruiting activities.
  • Applicant Evaluation: Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications, conducting interviews, and arranging management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Keep track of weekly and monthly reports and trackers, ensuring that the team updates the database and the systems to ensure they are up-to-date always.
  • Personnel and Benefits Management: Maintain all personnel and benefits files, information, and documentation.
