Job Overview:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for assisting the HR leadership in managing daily HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, attendance tracking, onboarding formalities, and employee record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Management: Assist in job postings, resume shortlisting, coordination with placement agencies, and interview scheduling.
  • Attendance Tracking: Manage attendance records, investigate absenteeism, and maintain employee attendance reports.
  • Onboarding Formalities: Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely completion of onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
  • Employee Record Maintenance: Update and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, with the ability to write professional emails and documents.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Job Portals: Familiarity with job portals and the ability to connect with training/placement partners.
