About the Role

BigMuscles Nutrition seeks a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to support the HR team in various functions. This is a full-time on-site role based in Faridabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR management, human resources information systems (HRIS), benefits administration, and training tasks. They will ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, develop HR policies, and participate actively in the team.

  • Compliance audit: Ensure the organisation complies with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Hirings and employee communication: Conduct hiring processes and daily communication with employees.
  • Training and development: Train staff on compliance and record maintenance.
  • Monitoring and reporting: Monitor changes and report to management on compliance status.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:
