Position Summary
A highly experienced Human Resources Manager is required to develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain effective HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Lead the hiring process for HR team members with appropriate skills.
- Administer and educate employees on company benefits.
- Collaborate with unemployment services providers to respond to claims, review reports for accuracy and correct errors.
- Establish and maintain open communication channels across all levels of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures as necessary.
- Manage progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
