Job Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to fill the role of Field HR Associate. This position is responsible for managing HR activities in multiple locations, ensuring smooth operations and providing support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary HR contact for employees in field locations, conduct regular site visits, organize employee engagement activities, and support conflict resolution.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Coordinate with the recruitment team, assist in conducting interviews, ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, and maintain accurate records.
  • Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws at field locations, conduct awareness sessions, and assist in audits.
  • Attendance & Payroll Support: Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and leave management for field employees, ensure accurate payroll inputs, and resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and assist in conducting workshops.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a field HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel to field locations as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
