Job Title: Culinary Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled culinary professional to join our team as a Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food in a clean and organized manner.
  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring they are free from contamination and meet quality standards.
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality in dishes.
  • Operate various kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers, safely and efficiently.
  • Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, maintaining high standards of taste, texture, and appearance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Excellent cooking skills, with knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
